These Terms of Service govern the use of the website at nextgtm.mom and the consulting services supplied by NEXTGTM CONSULTING SINGAPORE PTE. LTD., a firm operating from 133 CECIL STREET, #15-02 KECK SENG TOWER, 069535, Singapore (SG).

The website and the services are designed for business users. By browsing the pages, sending a message to the desk or entering an engagement, the user accepts these terms together with any engagement letter signed for a specific piece of work.

1. Acceptance of these terms

A person who accesses this website accepts these terms in the form published at the time of access. A person who acts for a company in an engagement confirms that they have authority to bind that company to the terms of the engagement letter and to the parts of this document that the letter incorporates.

If a reader does not accept these terms, the correct step is to stop using the website and to refrain from entering an engagement. Continued use after a revision of these terms constitutes acceptance of the revised text.

Where an engagement letter sets out a term that conflicts with this document, the engagement letter takes priority for that engagement. This document fills the gaps that the letter leaves open.

2. Who we are

NEXTGTM CONSULTING SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is a consulting firm registered in Singapore. The firm advises teams that build computer integrated systems on market mapping, launch planning, channel design and pipeline discipline.

The website is published and maintained by the developer known as NextGTM on behalf of the firm. References to we, us and our in this document mean the firm acting through its team, contractors and authorised representatives.

The registered office and correspondence address is 133 CECIL STREET, #15-02 KECK SENG TOWER, 069535, Singapore (SG). The published email address is contact@nextgtm.mom and the published telephone number is +17748472819.

3. Use of the website

The website is provided for information and for making contact with the firm. A visitor may read the pages, print them for internal reference and share a link with colleagues. No other use is permitted without written permission.

A visitor must not attempt to disrupt the website, gain unauthorised access to any system, submit malicious code, scrape content at a volume that degrades service, or use the content to build a competing commercial offering.

We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of the website at any time. We do not guarantee that the site will be free of interruptions or errors, although we take reasonable steps to keep it available and correct.

The website is offered free of charge. Access to the internet and the equipment needed to use the site remain the responsibility of the visitor.

4. Scope of consulting services

The firm offers six engagement lanes. The first is Launch Plan Sprints, which turn market evidence into a dated launch plan with owners and gate conditions. The second is Channel Map Workshops, which draw every route to market on one map and assign an owner and a test to each surviving route.

The third is Pipeline Review Cadences, which install a short weekly review with fixed agenda and written gate rules. The fourth is Pricing Page Audits, which examine how pricing is presented from the landing page to the signed quote and return a prioritised fix list.

The fifth is Partner Intro Programs, which manage a sequence of warm introductions to integrators and platform partners that fit the channel map. The sixth is Retrospective Clinics, which run a half day review after a quarter or a launch closes and produce a small number of decisions for the next cycle.

Each lane has a defined exit condition that is agreed in the engagement letter. We do not promise outcomes that depend on market conditions, client decisions or third party conduct, and we do not accept work that would require us to act as a legal, tax or financial adviser.

5. Engagement formation

A conversation through the website, by email or by telephone is an enquiry and does not create an engagement. An engagement forms only when the firm and the client sign an engagement letter or when the client confirms a written proposal in a manner that clearly states acceptance, and the firm has acknowledged that acceptance.

The engagement letter sets out the lane or lanes selected, the start date, the expected duration, the people involved, the fees and the exit condition. Any material change to those items is recorded in a written variation before the work continues.

A person who signs for the client confirms that the client has the authority to enter the engagement and that funds are available for the fees described. We may decline an engagement without giving a reason, and we do so most often where we judge that the fit is poor or that another adviser would serve the client better.

6. Fees, invoicing and taxes

Fees are stated in the engagement letter and are usually fixed for a defined piece of work. Where a fee is based on time, the letter states the daily rate, the expected number of days and the process for approving additional days.

Invoices are issued at the times set out in the letter, commonly in two parts for a sprint and monthly for a cadence. Payment is due within the period stated on the invoice, and the standard period is thirty days from the invoice date unless the letter says otherwise.

Fees are exclusive of any goods and services tax, value added tax, withholding tax or similar charge that applies. Where such a charge applies, it is added to the invoice and the client is responsible for it. Bank charges on international transfers are borne by the client.

Overdue amounts may attract interest at a reasonable commercial rate, and we may pause work on an account that remains overdue while the parties resolve the position. We prefer to discuss a payment problem early rather than escalate it.

Expenses such as travel, accommodation and venue hire are charged at cost where they are agreed in advance and supported by receipts.

7. Client responsibilities

A successful engagement depends on the client team as much as on the firm. The client agrees to provide accurate information about the market, the pipeline and the launch plan, to identify a senior sponsor who can make decisions, and to make the people who own channels and deals available for short working sessions.

The client agrees to respond to reasonable requests for evidence within an agreed period, to keep the board visible to the team that must act on it, and to tell us promptly if a fact that underpins the plan changes.

The client confirms that any material shared with the firm may lawfully be shared and that its disclosure does not breach a duty owed to a third party. Where material is subject to a confidentiality obligation, the client should identify it before sharing.

Delays caused by a lack of client input may extend the timeline or reduce the scope that can be delivered within the agreed fee. We will raise the matter as soon as it becomes visible rather than at the end of the engagement.

8. Deliverables and ownership

Deliverables are listed in the engagement letter. For most lanes they include a written plan, a board view, an evidence appendix and a short set of gate rules. Deliverables are provided in editable formats so that the client team can maintain them after the engagement ends.

On payment of the relevant fees, the client receives a broad licence to use the deliverables for its own internal business purposes, including adaptation by its own staff. The firm retains ownership of its methods, templates, frameworks and training material, and of any generic content that appears in more than one engagement.

The client may not resell a deliverable, publish it as a commercial product or present it as its own methodology without written permission. The client may cite the work in internal documents and in a reasonable external reference, such as a case study overview agreed with us in advance.

9. Scheduling and changes

Board sessions are scheduled against a small calendar. The firm confirms a date only when the evidence pack for the session is complete, because a board without evidence wastes the time of everyone in the room.

Either party may request a change to a confirmed date. Where a change is requested with at least five working days of notice, we will make reasonable efforts to reschedule within the same month. Where notice is shorter, we may charge for the reserved time if it cannot be filled.

If the firm must move a date, we will offer the next available slot and, where the change causes a material disruption, a reasonable adjustment to the fee or the scope.

10. Confidentiality

Each party agrees to keep the confidential information of the other party private, to use it only for the engagement and to protect it with reasonable care. Confidential information includes commercial plans, pricing, customer data, internal notes and any material marked as confidential.

The duty does not apply to information that is already public through no fault of the receiving party, that was lawfully received from a third party without a duty of confidence, or that is independently developed without use of the confidential material.

A party may disclose confidential information where a law, a regulator or a court requires it, provided that the party gives prompt notice where lawful and discloses only what is required. The duty continues after the engagement ends for as long as the information remains confidential.

Our teams work in shared spaces at times, and we apply a clean desk rule to paper board artefacts so that confidential material is not left visible.

11. Intellectual property

All content on this website, including text, layout, styling, graphics and code, is owned by the firm or licensed to it. The visual system of the launch board room is original work and may not be copied into another commercial site.

The firm name, the developer name and the associated marks may not be used in a way that suggests endorsement or partnership without written permission. Fair use for commentary or review is not restricted by this clause.

Any feedback a client sends about the website or the services may be used by the firm to improve its work, without obligation to the person who provided it, provided that no personal data is disclosed in the process.

12. Third party content and links

The website may link to external pages that are useful in the context of market mapping, partner discovery or public research. Those pages are not controlled by the firm, and we are not responsible for their content, availability or data practices.

A link does not imply that we endorse every statement on the destination page. Where we rely on third party data in a deliverable, we identify the source and the date of retrieval so that the client can judge its currency.

If a link is broken or points to material that appears inappropriate, a short note to contact@nextgtm.mom is welcome and will be reviewed promptly.

13. No guarantee of commercial outcome

Consulting advice is judgement applied to incomplete evidence. We work carefully, test our reasoning and write our assumptions down, but we cannot guarantee revenue, market share, deal conversion or the timing of a launch.

A board that turns green is a decision made by the client team on the evidence available at that time. The client remains responsible for commercial decisions, for the conduct of its sales and partner teams and for compliance with the rules of the markets it enters.

Where a client asks for a forecast, we present it as a range with stated assumptions rather than as a promise. Any figure in a deliverable should be read in that light.

14. Acceptable conduct

Everyone who works with the firm is expected to treat others with respect. Harassment, threats, discriminatory language and pressure to act unethically are not acceptable in a board session, a call or a written exchange.

A client should not ask the firm to make a claim about a competitor that the evidence does not support, to misrepresent a product capability, or to assist in a practice that would mislead a buyer. We will decline such a request and explain why.

The firm may end an engagement where conduct makes continued work unsafe or unethical, and in that case the fee for work already performed remains payable.

15. Personal data

Personal data is handled in accordance with the Privacy Policy published on this website. The policy describes the categories of data collected, the purposes of processing, the retention periods and the rights available to individuals.

A client that shares personal data with the firm should do so only where it has a lawful basis and should limit the data to what the engagement requires. Where the firm processes personal data on behalf of a client, the engagement letter records the instructions and the security measures that apply.

Requests about personal data can be sent to contact@nextgtm.mom and will be answered in line with the Privacy Policy.

16. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, the firm is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, loss of anticipated savings, loss of goodwill or loss of business opportunity arising from the website or from an engagement.

The total liability of the firm in connection with an engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement in the twelve months before the event that gave rise to the claim. Where no fee has been paid, the total liability is limited to a nominal sum.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law, including liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence. A claim must be brought within the period allowed by the applicable law and should be raised with us first so that the parties can attempt a resolution.

17. Indemnity

The client agrees to indemnify the firm against a claim, loss or cost that arises from material the client supplied, from a breach of a third party duty by the client, or from a decision the client took against written advice.

The firm agrees to indemnify the client against a claim that a deliverable, in the form supplied and used as permitted, infringes the intellectual property of a third party. This indemnity does not apply where the client modified the deliverable or combined it with material that caused the claim.

A party seeking indemnity must notify the other promptly, allow the other to participate in the defence and avoid admissions that could prejudice the defence.

18. Termination and suspension

Either party may terminate an engagement for convenience with thirty days of written notice. Where an engagement is terminated early, the client pays for work performed and for expenses committed up to the termination date, and the firm hands over the deliverables completed to that point.

Either party may terminate immediately where the other commits a material breach and does not remedy it within fifteen days of a written notice, or where the other becomes insolvent or ceases to carry on business.

We may suspend access to a board session or pause work where a payment is significantly overdue, where a security risk arises, or where continuing would require us to act unethically. Suspension does not remove the client obligation to pay for work already done.

Clauses on confidentiality, intellectual property, liability, indemnity and governing law survive termination.

19. Events beyond our control

Neither party is liable for a delay or failure caused by an event beyond its reasonable control, including a natural disaster, an epidemic, a failure of public telecommunications, a sustained power outage, civil unrest or a change in law that prevents performance.

The affected party must notify the other promptly and take reasonable steps to reduce the impact. If the event continues for more than thirty days, either party may end the affected engagement without further liability beyond payment for work already performed.

20. Governing law and disputes

These terms and any engagement are governed by the law of Singapore. The parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore, subject to any right to enforce a judgment in another jurisdiction where assets are located.

Before starting proceedings, the parties agree to attempt a resolution in good faith. The first step is a written notice that describes the dispute and the outcome sought. The second step is a meeting between the senior people responsible for the relationship, held within twenty one days of the notice.

If the meeting does not resolve the matter, the parties may agree to mediation before a mediator acceptable to both. A party may still seek urgent relief from a court where delay would cause irreparable harm.

21. Changes to these terms

The firm may revise these terms to reflect a change in its services, its systems or the law. The revised text is published on this page with a new date at the top.

A revision applies to use of the website from the date of publication. A revision does not change the terms of an engagement that has already been signed unless the parties agree the change in writing.

Visitors are encouraged to review this page from time to time. Material changes are summarised in a short note at the top of the page for a reasonable period after publication.
